I learned that avoiding remedies can cause a WEAR AND TEAR to the body Haze. When you have asthma, it tends to make your heart to work harder and thus not good for your heart which is our main engine.

Am i right Doc Lorenzo??

Yeah, I was okay 5 days ago. But not anymore for the past 3 days.
I had asthma attack and slight fever. And the worst, I am ignored by someone who mean so much to me.  :'(

Elsie! How are you?
I am okay, and already missing Pilipinas! I only had 1 month in the Philippines, and was unable to do most of the things that I planned nor was I able to see everyone whom I wanted to see. It's really amazing how 1 month flies by so fast, Elsie. I wish to see you someday pohon, Maluuy ang Ginoo--siya raman jud maka kaibao when i will return back to the Philippines. But I do hope and pray that we see each other, and hope that i will have more time to spend with family and friends over there.
