Please visit our division website by clicking the HR Information System button and you may now be able to browse thru online your respective Leave Credit balances todate. You may refer to your School ICT Coordinator for your respective Username & Password to enable you to log in into our HR Information database. Any further inquiry regarding your leave and service credit balances shall be referred directly to our Division HR Unit office.

Digos City Division was awarded Plaques of Recognition for being -the Top Performing Division in the National Achievement Test (NAT) SY 2005-06 in all five learning areas (English, Math, Science, Filipino and HEKASI) Elementary level-one of the Top three Divisions with the highest gains in NAT (elementary level)

“This award is a manifestation of our best practice where the learning communities are challenged to work more in their search for effective and efficient strategies for student learning.â€
Thus, School Division Superintendent Alfonso G. Gomez, Jr. CESO V, said after receiving the award President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had given worth 30,000 pesos and a Certificate of Appreciation to the Digos City Division for attaining a good performance during the National Achievement Test given on March 2007 on September 12, 2007 at the Malacañang Palace.
Digos City Division, which ranked second in the third cluster with 5,000 examinees and less, achieved a total average of 79.61 percent in the five key area taken namely English, Science, Mathematics, Filipino and HEKASI.
Together with the Division in the cluster 3 top lists are Ormoc City, Balanga City, Maasin City and Calapan City divisions.
In the division NAT results, out of 33 public grade schools in Digos City, Colorado Elementary School obtained the highest average in the 200-item test with 91.30 percent. Igpit Elementary School followed after with 89.5 percent and Matti Elementary School with 86.06 percent.
Other schools in the top 10 are Soong Elementary School with 85.47 percent; San Miguel Elementary School with 85.15 percent; Ruparan Elementary School with 84.84 percent; Domingo Abawag Elementary School with 84.09 percent; Damñas Elementary School with 83.74 percent; Balabag Elementary School with 83.20 percent and Dawis Elementary School with 83.10 percent.
Digos City School Division Superintendent remarked that the achievement of Digos City in the National Achievement Test in 2007 has demonstrated a foundation towards attaining any successful endeavor.
“I also consider the high motivation among our school leaders and teachers as the foundation in aiming for a higher achievement among our studentsâ€, he added.
Gomez thanked the people of Digos City especially those who are in the Local Government Unit, parents and the community partners and stakeholders for the collective ability in reinforcing the confidence of all in the DepEd Digos City Division.
On the other hand, Arroyo also honoured the top 20 grade six public school students and the top 30 schools and other 15 divisions, taken by 1.6 million grade six students from 29,962 public nationwide.

Digos City Division undertakes MiSPACE ToT; SDS Gomez prefers MI module
Digos City Division undertook BEAM Mindanao e-Learning Space (MiSPACE) on August 9-10, 2007 at Ramon Magsaysay Elementary School, Digos City. The two-day training was participated in by fifteen (15) selected school administrators and the three (3) public schools district supervisors who will eventually become trainers in their schools and districts respectively.
