What's Up, Rob?

Hey robbo, just venting this out man, i talked to one of our mutual friends the other day (she sent me an email regarding she read the page i made for you, in your memory) and i couldn't react. I was brought to some kind of realization that wow, its been almost 2 years bro. Its been almost 2 years since we've had a conversation. What's wierd is that it seems only like yesterday. Who could ever forget the passion of Robbo Matson? You were a passionate guy, bro. In all that you aspired to be, your strivings, and your volunteering.

Its crazy how time has passed, and I guess, ive somehow gotten over your death, bro. But in a way, it still hurts deep down inside knowing that i wont be able to see you. or ever continue our (many) conversations that we left on hold. Man, i think the last one was the time when we watched the movie "American Adobo" hahaha. Which was a pretty good movie actually.

But anyways, just venting this out.
It realy is true what they say, that we meet few people in ourlives that come and go. But the ones that really influence and leave a mark, are those that go away,  and we never see again, yet we remember them, the good times, the warm times, the friendly camaraderie."

Your Friend,
Al

You could never ever find a way to counter my Danish gambit moves, hahaha.
Our typical chess games @ Grounds For Change Coffee House. haha, do you not remember that one time ? Matson, Matson, typical of you.

A blonde girl merely has to come to the table, and your entire attention was lost. And I made my moves to pick at the defenses of your chess army. hahaha, lol!
Crazy Bostonians.

You were lucky that Allison didn't see you eh? hahahaha! or maybe she did?

I'll miss and do miss our mixed conversations, which usually was very multi-faceted, if tha word even describes it, or can even deign to describe it. A game of chess, and at the same time drinking coffee, talking about politics, then switch on to a conversation on the female physiology and anatomy (hahahaha!), and then to the consistency of the coffee mug, then on to politics again, then on to history discussions/debates.

The mind was racked and rivetted with outstanding thinking, with the substantial, the abstract, the personal analysis, the community's analysis and view, then the antagonist's view. hahaha!

We left too many conversations on hold, my dear brother and friend.

I wish you were still around, Rob. I do miss you, my dear friend. So very much.

Your faithful friend,
Albrando Lorenzo "Al"
