One of the most maternal of mentors that an aspiring writer can have.  But she is not above walking out on you if she finds your work offensive. ;D

Unsa kahay gi-kawt ni Ma'am Merlie?  :D

RV,
glad to learn of your aspirations....a respected writer.

Lain na diay ang Head sa Cebuano Studies Center of USC? (By the way, am always a Carolinian having taken by BS degree),  also, it was an honor having the former Head of USC,CSC, Mr. Resil Mojares together in the Editorial Board for the corporate handout of the Norkis Group of Companies " The Story of A Filipino Enterprise". Kauban sab namo si Maam Anita Rosal, the President of the USC Graduate School Alumni, a professor of English & Literature of USC.

padayon sa imong mga damgo... ug wala ka masayop to be a part of this seminar workshop.
