New Ambulance for BienUnido

This northernmost municipality has recently acquired a brand new ambulance unit courtesy of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, this according to Mayor Rey Nino Boniel. 

Boniel, who was re-elected in the last elections, said  the acquisition of the ambulance unit was an effort of his administration to take care of the needy in times of emergency. 

Expressing gratitude to the PCSO, the mayor said that the ambulance was a donation by the PCSO without a counter-part fund from the municipal coffers.   

Menawhile, Boniel announced that he’ll take his oath on June 30, 2010 before his constituents.   

His running-mate Ronnie Justiniane, vice-mayor-elect, will also take his oath together with other officials. (RVO)
