Questioning one's faith is natural, as we are all fallen. We question because we are tempted by the great serpent, the great protester, the great accusor of Our Lord God. The Devil. As we are tempted to sin by his legions of devils and demons, so does he also try to make us question our own faith and tempt us to leave our own solidified ground--one that we have in Chruch, its teachings, and in reading scripture to solidfy church teachings.
My priest always tells me me, "Always, Always, Always, pray. Pray on your knees, when you start to question, pray harder."
You will notice that questioning comes and goes. Like a whisper. It comes and goes. It is of the devil to question the teachings we are taught by the Church and the message we are given through Scripture and Tradition.
Everything in this material world is PLASTIC. Nothing is permanent. Things come and go, rise and fall, fade away. The only thing that is true, solid, unchanging is the message of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
God Bless,
Love,
Bran Lorenzo
