Tantum ergo sacramentum
Veneremur cernui:
Et antiquum documentum
Novo cedat ritui:
Praestet fides supplementum
Sensuum defectui.

Genitori, genitoque
Laus et iubilatio,
Salus, honor virtus quoque
Sit et benedictio:
Procedenti ab utroque
Compar sit laudatio.

Sir, Daray, this prayer song is called 'Tantum Ergo'. It has been prayed during eucharistic adoration since the days of the Early Church.
It is an old beautiful Latin prayer.

this is the English translation:

    Down in adoration falling,
Lo! the sacred Host we hail,
    Lo! o'er ancient forms departing
    Newer rites of grace prevail;
    Faith for all defects supplying,
    Where the feeble senses fail.

    To the everlasting Father,
And the Son Who reigns on high
    With the Holy Ghost proceeding
    Forth from Each eternally,
    Be salvation, honor, blessing,
    Might and endless majesty.
    Amen.

This is the song that I listen to and sing along during Eucharistic Adoration at Our Lady of Peace' Newman Eucharistic Adoration Chapel.
The older women who sing this are quite kind and inviting of us younger men who wish to worship yet do not have the voice to sing properly.
I go visit in the late hours of the night--past midnight. When I sing in adoration with the older women--there is this unexplainable euphoric sense of peace that presides over the room--while adoring the Eucharistic Lord.

Jesus Christ is there. He is there. The REAL Presence.

 :)

Go, visit HIM. He is there..

Tantum ergo are the opening words of the last two verses of Pange Lingua, a Mediaeval Latin hymn written by St Thomas Aquinas. These last two verses are sung during veneration and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament in the Roman Catholic Church and other churches that practice this devotion. It is usually sung, though solemn recitation is sometimes done, and permitted.

Some part of the consecration:
Priest: Panem de caelis praestitisti eis. (All: Alleluja)
Response: Omne delectamentum in se habentem.(All: Alleluja)

Oremus: Deus, qui nobis sub sacramento mirabili, passionis tuae memoriam reliquisti: tribue, quaesumus, ita nos corporis et sanguinis tui sacra mysteria venerari, ut redemptionis tuae fructum in nobis iugiter sentiamus. Qui vivis et regnas in saecula saeculorum.

R. Amen.
