"Sir, what does it mean for us to "Wait Upon the Lord" ?

Answer: Put confidence in all you do in the Name of the Lord, my sister.
Waiting on the Lord means that you are placing firm faith and firm constancy on the Will of the Lord God.
Whatever He may decide for your life, either it be good or bad, you are willing to accept it with an open heart,
and yet still proclaim His Praises.
You see, my friend, waiting Upon The Lord means that you are open to his chastisement when He is correcting you,
and are willing to comply with His will, which is an example of PURE FATHERLY LOVE.
You wait upon the Lord as a child waits for his mother's milk.
You wait upon the Lord as a groom waits for his bride upon the altar.
Just as The Lord calls us and bends us each by name, we should also wait for HIM.
No one can measure the depth of his understanding, he gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
But those who TRUST in the Lord will find strength, they will soar like EAGLES, they will run and not faint or grow weary.
So, sister, TRUST in the LORD!
