It is the Word of God and the sustainer of our minds. The Holy Bible teaches us towards righteousness and everytime we read it and open our minds for the Holy Spirit to teach us, one is filled with His Grace.

The Catholic Holy Bible does maintain the originality. I have read the New International Version and the King James Version. The King James Version is very poetic and well written, in credit to our Protestant brothers and sisters.

If the Catholic Church initiated the canon of the bible then it's the original. The version that there are only 66 books in the bible is the canon of Martin Luther when he protested against the Catholic Church.

Yes, you are right. He did remove 7 books. The basis for his removal of the 7 books ; Tobit, Judith, Baruch, Wisdom, Sirach, 1 and 2 Maccabees, and parts of Esther and Daniel. He removed these books because it supported the Sacraments of the Catholic Church. Particularly in 1 Maccabees where it talks about the prayers for the dead. The book of Tobit as well supports prayers for the dead.

This all started with Luther's nailing of the 95 thesis on the Catholic Church Door.

Interesting kaayo because Luther, himself, was a Catholic Monk prior to his separation.
