Our Beloved Mother Mary was chosen out of all the women.
A Virgin who was prophesized by the Prophet Isaiah in the Old Testament.
When the Archangel Gabriel, the one who stands before the Throne of The Most High, proclaimed to Mary that she would bear the Only Begotten Son of God, she accepted the Will of God through the message of Blessed Gabriel.

For me, when I read the verse in Sacred Scripture, Mary already was elevated. As The Angel Gabriel addressed Mother Mary in the declatory, "HAIL MARY! FULL OF GRACE!"

The Grace of The Great I AM was with her. The Lord of Creation grew in her womb, and surely was with her throughout her pregnancy. And in Birth.

Mother Mary's submission to The Will of The Most High, His Name be Praised for eternal Ages, is something that we all should emulate. She did not reject the Will of God, but accepted it, and embraced it. In good Faith. Whatever was to happen to Christ Jesus, was already pre-destined and ordained by the Eternal Father. It is the cost of Salvation.

Mother Mary is our Mother. She is the Mother of the Christ Jesus, THE GREAT I AM.

When Catholics refer to the Virgin Mary, they mean she remained a virgin throughout her life. When Protestants refer to Mary as a "virgin," they mean she was a virgin until the birth of Jesus. Let's take a look at the scripture...

The Virgin Mary - A Review of Scripture
Although Christians generally refer to the mother of Jesus as the "Virgin Mary," the Bible appears to teach that Mary and Joseph had additional children after the miraculous birth of Christ. There are about ten instances in the New Testament where "brethren of the Lord" are mentioned (Matt. 12:46; Matt. 13:55; Mark 3:31-34; Mark 6:3; Luke 8:19-20; John 2:12, 7:3, 5, 10; Acts 1:14; 1 Cor. 9:5). For instance, in Matthew 13:55 and Mark 6:3, James, Joseph, Simon and Judas are called Jesus' "brothers" and seem to be included in the same family unit as Joseph, Mary and Jesus.

Isn't Mary known to be his mother, and James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas his brothers? Aren't his sisters our neighbors? (Matthew 13:55-56)
