Talk ’N Text, a team that has a star in every position, shoots for a playoff for one of two outright semis berths when it battles Alaska Aces Wednesday in the PBA Fiesta Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.
With a league-leading 12-2 win-loss record and an enviable 11 straight victories, the Tropang Texters are naturally the heavy favorites when they tangle with the Aces at 7:30 p.m.
Despite this record, coach Chot Reyes said he is not going to take things easy. Though they manhandled crowd-favorite Ginebra, 92-84, last Saturday, Reyes said they have to bring their best form to beat the Aces whom they trounced 100-92 in the first round of the classification phase.
