I'm a little bit of both, I guess. Maybe 60% thinker, 40% feeler. I'm emotional, as all women are, but my emotions don't rule me. I'd like to believe that I am still able to use my brain when the occasion calls for it.

It's funny coz a friend told me about the 16 personality types, so I took this test online, and I was "diagnosed" as being INFJ.

I don't really believe in any of that crap though.

 :)

Jan,

Ingna imung doctor that dili man maayo mo combine ug anxiolytics ug antidepressant; it has a synergistic CNS depression effect.
Ask him if you could switch you from lorazepam to alprazolam. The latter (Alprazolam) is better and has less negative side effects.

Jan, i caution you not to take everything your doctor gives you, and always ask him the effects this will have on you physiologically/neurologically. Always ask questions, and tell him that the antidepressant isn't working. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of anti-depressant is he giving you?
Remind him that you would rather prefer Atypical-antidepressants because it has less EPSEs! (Extra-pyramidal side effects).

Take care.,

Jan,

I will advise you to tell your GP that the anxiolytic (lorazepam) works for you, but in regards to the SSRI that he prescribed for you (citalopram), best to tell him that it does not work and that you are not taking it. If there is no need of it, tell him so, thus he no longer has to place you on said maintenance therapy. I'll remind you that Citalopram is used only during cases of acute major depression.

Take care of yourself, Jan.

Best,
Lorenz
