Thank you for that , islander.
On differences:
1. Judaism is strict observance of the Law, namely the Talmudic Laws. Judaism believes that it is in the works, and in devout prayer that one can receive salvation from YWEH. Judaism upholds sacrifice and repentance to YWEH by striving after righteousness and sacrifice.
"Rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy, and repenteth him of the evil" (Joel 2:13).
2. In Christianity, Salvation is in Jesus Christ. There is no salvation in no other. Christ is considered the Son of God (The Word Made Flesh) and that his communion with the Father and the Holy Spirit makes up the core Christian tenent of Trinitarian Unity. Or "Divine Triumvirate".
Christ came down from Heaven, was crucified for our sins and was raised in Glory. So that those who believe in Him will see Life and not be subject to the Law.
3. In Islam, the Prophet Muhammad is considered the last prophet, they consider Jesus Christ as a prophet and not the son of God. Muslims are precarious in that they, too, observe some aspects of the Laws proposed in Judaism. Manner of actions and how one behaves is mandated by the Shariah, the life of the Prophet. Salvation in Islam is in no man, but in works, prayer. Salvation in Islam is the personal recognition and worship of the "Allah".

In Judaism, it is forbidden to eat the flesh of swine/pigs for they are considered dirty and lowest of all animals. Islam also forbids the eating of pork and such. The way these two faiths prepare meat is also meticulous. Strict Conservative Jews (Orthodox) will eat only Kosher meats, while conservative and practicing muslims will prefer to eat Halal.
Christians , in general, do not practice this restriction. Only because of one statement that Jesus Christ of Nazareth told us in Mark Chapter 7 verses 18-23.
And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, [it] cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. or from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man
