with a neighbor, it's called hilot-hilot. when i tried it in the hospital, it was called body rehabilitation for my bad back. i surmise it's called a body spa when it's expensive and there are lighted candles and some flowers floating in some decorative vessel.

he he he, when I was in Bohol went to the Nuat Thai 3 times a week, but preferred the blind masseuse over the Nuat Thai. Maka tulug ilang hilot hilot da, i just remember listening to them talk about the importance of removing the panuhot, but i fall asleep within 15 minutes.

barato ra man sa pinas, isles. they charge 150 pesos for 1 hour. tip-on lang nako og 100 pesos. so, overall, 250 pesos for 1 hour.

here in chicago, a 1 hour massage is $150. aguy!

when i arrived to bohol in 2010, i contracted a fever. my uncle, who is a believer of filipino massage, called a local quack doctor to massage me. i kid you not, after he did his massage and whispered some unknowable words to my ears, my fever went down. na wa rajud.

i cannot explain that. i didn't even take any anti-pyretics prior.
