Ingredients:
2 lemon
2 orange
half cup sugar
1 bottle of merlot
Procedure:
Remove both ends of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Cut lengthwise and slice across, about a quarter of an inch. The slices should look like half-moon. Put the slices of orange and lemon in the pitcher, add sugar and pound slightly with the back of your wooden spoon or stirrer. For the remaining lemon and orange, scrape the zest trying to avoid the white part of the skin (kay pait kana). You can use a tomato peeler to do this task. Juice the lemon and orange and add both the zest and the lemon to your mixture in the pitcher. Add the merlot and mix well. Chill for at least two hours to marry the flavors. Before serving add a few cubes of ice. This should be good! Sulayi ninyo!
