snow crocuses ,daffodils, tulip, petunia, double bloom roses kanang red, bleeding hearts, clematis, ug mums.

Any flowers that attracts butterflies.I like sunflowers,marigold,zinia or just native Florida butterfly flowers that blooms purple or white.

my personal favorites:  orchid, anthurium, bird of paradise, lily, in that order.

the first three are the best because of their vase life, the last one is because it's the flower of st. joseph.

incidentally, i came across somewhere that these flowers are both feminine and masculine, i.e., they're okay as gifts to both men and women.
