Has anyone ever heard of the term "Guapang Lubut"?
« on: April 16, 2008, 01:15:23 PM »
Just wanted to know who here has heard of that term.

Apparently I'm not the only one who uses that term.

I found out 2 days ago when I was talking to another Filipino. Vindication is sweet ;D

It's hard to wait for something you know might not happen, but it's harder to give up when you know it's everything you wanted.

hahaha! I think you know, Sheilah! You're better versed in Bisaya than I :P

But if I had to explain it, then, kuan bitaw kanang lubut bitaw sa baji? Ug lami ang porma sa iyang lubut, then i term na nako ug 'Guapang Lubut' kai guapa ang porma.

Marc, ahong barkada diri also uses this term, only he uses another phrase lol.

OT: When we were hanging out with some chics in our study group this past monday, Marc (who is from Pangasinan) asked one girl this question, "Puede ko halikan ang bum-bum mo?"
I fell from my chair laughing; and the girl who Marc asked that question to was asking me to translate. LOL.
