who knows waheheheh..i have difficulties to sleep bai.. sometimes 3 nyts i cant sleep..mahina naako sa call and txt thru mobile pero napunta sa bottles sometimes..sa araw ako sarap matulog kahit walang kain maghapon.. baliktad..

owwwwssss....unsa kaha nang buhata nga 3 man gyud ka gabii dili katulog oist....bai PM lang kuno beh og unsa gyud na nga mga aktibidadis diha....basin ako na hinoon makakat-on nimo ani ron... ;D

For me, i usually go jogging before bed, and if i cant go to sleep then I put on music (mozart, beethoven) that puts me to sleep.

I take my mosquito net downstairs,watch my plants and read some books..drink plenty of water...if still I can't sleep,I will talk to my hubz with nonsense things,with him I can sleep na...(^-^)

Before I knew TB, if I can't sleep I play sudoku, play games in my cphone, read books but now, just TB lang and sometimes I choose not to sleep. 

If I still can't sleep after TB, I play dead.  I throw all my body weight, thoughts and worries to my bed and the next time I know, morning na dear!

nah wa bitaw lami nang massage chair or massage mat but ok nlang kong way lain oi!  Naa man pod beauty college dre na ga massage but pareho ra man kamahal tawon at least kining friend sa akong friend, home service dretso nlang tulog paghuman massage.

Last week, I went to Elliot Natural Food Store, dihay gahatag ug demo for massage, ah ning volunteer jud ko dayon!  It was only 10 minutes but so worth it kay lami kaayo!

Purbida, I couldn't sleep kay sakit kaayo akong kuto2x.  Heartburn was really killing me and by the time nakatulog ko which was past 7  a.m. wa na patay pod ko wa jud ko kadungog ug calls!  12:30 na ko nakamata!

If i cant go to sleep, I'll sit on my couch and read a book. And read till I fall asleep. I've been known to that many times back in college--where I was forced by the librarian to leave the library because I fell asleep in the library basement.  One time I was there till 2 AM in the morning until the librarian woke me up to go back to my dorm and take a 'night's rest'. lol.

Good times. Good times.

Gotta love finals examination week.
