Kiams, kay gusto nako masul-ot akong college jeans na hangtud karon ako pa gi-keep as motivation to lose weight.
Usa pa ako bana sige palit ug prutas kay season man jud dire karon kay summer ug masayang lang ngmadaot kay dili matabang kay siya ra kaon. So maong I decided na mag fruit diet for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast kay smoothie man so fruits lang gihapon.
Pero, hehehe pag-uli gikan work, eat-all-you-can ko ug rice and fish and veggies at home kay gikutasan na diay.
OT: you look so cute sa imo outfit adtong nagtour mo. lamia kumuton imo aping.
