Yes! Sinigang Baboy among giluto karong gabii. Balacueno style. She added okra and eggplant , and also extra tamarind. Sus, ka lami kaayo.
We have a system in cooking. I cut the veggies, n she cuts the meat. We have extra left overs, Father R, so if you come by to visit us in Chicago, we'll give it to you.

ang hara hachi bu sa amo kay hara kiri yu. bali na, 20% ray kaonon. ang 80% cat food. any brand will do, friskies, whiskas, etc. i prefer friskies, though. moadto mo sa amo, patilawon ta mo ani, promise.

kalami palandungon kun mamunga na ang tulo ka rambutan saplings nga bag-o nakong tinanom. flowering tree akong gusto unta, like golden showers, unya advice sa akong brod kay rambutan mas maayo kay productive ug mora pod bitaw kuno ug buwak ang bunga. it's a strain nga kaya nang motubo in temperatures like that of cebu (warmer than mindanao). patoo na lang ko kay siya may agriculturist. hinaot unta nga makapupo na kog bunga nga ingon aning imong gikaon sa di pa mamuti akong kalimutaw. unsaon, taga-tuhod pa man nako ang gitas-on aning rambutan saplings karon.

my trick with lychees: panitan, tuslokon ang unod ug toothpick, i-soak ug white wine in a glass. yeheeey, naa na koy cocktail drink with a canape nga fruit pa gyod.

eeekkk! my achilles' heel. all these years si banana republic di mokaon ug panit ani, so akoy demolition team. favorite snacks pa gyod ang chicken chicharon. result: i'm now on medication for high cholesterol, huhuhu, bisag 43 kgs ra ko and considered underweight. i now refuse to eat chicken. so far, so good. wa ko matintal. maayo gani picture ra ni; nikab-ot na unta ko.

i always prefer to counsel my patients in the following combination: STATIN + NIACIN + FIBRATES

all these drugs and a daily 30 minute walk is a great way to control the cholesterol level.

i am taking 20mg atorvastatin calcium, daily at bedtime. the doctor said i have to see him again before my 30-day regimen ends so he can check the development. i just read through this medicine's side effects; so far, so good. but how come this has calcium?

I tried my own concoction per Vietnamese advice but to no avail... di gyod makuha. Like they said, patis ang base sa mix. Ambot unsa nang uban hehehe

that's good isles! you're doing a great job keeping a record on when you see your specialist again. what you're taking (atorvostatin calcium), we call it here in the 'states as "Lipitor". The calcium is added into it to allow the ease of bioavailability , it helps in the solubility of the drug in the blood. that's a good thing that you're keeping a look out on possible side effects. if you do feel symptoms of myalgia (muscle pain), tenderness , or nausea, make sure to tell your M.D. good job on the maintenance !
