Kung anha ko palit sa supermarket, sprite zero. I'll always go for Sprite, but if wala sprite kay pepsi ang tigsupply sa fast food chain or restaurant, 7-up lang pud ako ;D

butangan japun ug suka Tiya?

butangan gihapon para medyo tangy.  nice ni na 7-up imong gamiton instead of water kay di dali mapan-os unya ang contrast sa sweetness ug sa pagka tangy unya ug madugay sige'g init-init, pati ang bukog mahumok.  ug naa moy norwegian mackerel diha, pirte kalami i inun-on!

hala, makit-an na pod ta ni ma'am inse ani ron!

jig, if available na'ng norwegian mackerel sa imong dapit, sus kana jud suwaji kay lami kaayo!  medyo fatty pero sige lang ka yma cut man sa ka aslum2x.  basta daghana'g ahos.  i know some people who put eggplant sa ilang inun-unan.  ihanig nila.  di ko type yan.

sige, ngita ko duol ra man mi norway naa guro. question, taas ba ning mackerel ug uric acid? gi-rayuma man gud ko ron muna medjo lie low sa ko sa mga pagkaong maka-rayuma :) unsaon pirti mang kaon ug dinuguan unya higop sabaw ug kaon sa papaitan sa mga ilokano. maayo nuon

i always put talong in my inun-onan plus pork belly pero wa ko kasuway ug sprite isabaw!!!

ug naa mo tip unsaon pag wala sa langsa sa Inun-onan, please share before ko ma divorce diri! hahahahhha!

Sa Seafood City sa California nako ni nakita ang Norwegian Mackerel, Jig. Nah di laman daghanon gud ug kaon nimo aron di motaas samot imong uric acid. Kabalo ko kontra ni sya apil na kanang ubang isda like herring, anchovy, etc.  Ay ambot lang pod kay di ra ba ko authority aning mga butanga basin makasab-an ko sa mga lihirong members dire sa TB! haahah

Pwede na tulingan ani kay mao man gamit sa akong Lola sa una.

hhahahaha jabui pod ug perfume aron perfume ra ijang mabahuan! hahaha

bitaw, pag light ug candles, or mag butang ka sa oven ug lemon.  i bake nimo bisan 15 minutes lang and let it stay there. fresh dayon baho sa imong balay.  wagtang inun-on smell!
