Here's an Ilonggo dish which has always been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid. It is called apan-apan. Normally, it would be just takway sauteed with guinamos.

Bwahaha! it has a very 'outright' taste kai pait kaayo ang ginamos. Pero ug naay suka you can add a little bit of suka on top to diminish the salty taste.

Favorite ni sa ahong kumpadre, si Albert (ilonggo ni siya).

Mo ingon lagi ko niya, "Bards, indi pa labi kai ma high blood yan, bards!"

Mo ingon dali ni siya nako, "Ma high blood dako dako gid pero ka nami bla!"
