Kong ikaw ba sya (ang employer mo) noticed that the staffs are busy for their personal tasks during working hours such as visiting TB para makig hutahan sa mga membro.

will you still give them an award and year end bonus?

kung ako? di ra mahuman ang tuig, di pa kaabot og tingbunos, taktak na. kana, kung permi na jud ning buhata (daily basis); pero kung panagsa lang, ok ra man tingali ko basta nakahuman sila sa akong gitahas nga buhaton nila.

kung sa ako okay lang basta nahuman na ang gipatrabaho...lain man pod ng strikto ta sa atong employees...layasan ta permi ug employees kung strict kaayu sa pamatakaran..

para nako ok nalang siguro ng manghatag ug opinions sa mga forums kay sa akong makit-an usahay sa mga office nga ang mga baji at their desk mag segi ug tan-aw sa samin pamolbos infront guest / costumers

ingon ana ko kung wala'y buhatonon...laay kaayu..mao ng kung kapoyan ko magdokdok maglibot libot nlng ko ani dire sa school.. atiman unsa probs sa mga students..
