Is There Any Side Effect Of Consuming 4x By 2 Tablets Of Pain Reliever Daily?

To have 4x by 2 pain reliever tablets (Panadol Extra) swollen daily it gives me a constant pleasant day but sometimes I felt that I would need more tablets to have more pleasant day. Is there any side effect upon consuming 4x by 2 tablets of pain reliever daily?
