Heto ang guidelines ni Mike Ligalig;
Here's the new way to upload avatar in your profile.
1. Upload your picture in flickr.com (highly recommended).
2. Once your picture is already uploaded in flickr.com, go to "all sizes" options in flickr, and choose "thumbnail."
3. Copy the image URL of the thumbnail picture.
4. Proceed to your Profile (Forum Profile Information)
5. Choose "I have my own picture" (option in the middle).
6. Paste the image URL in the box provided.
7. Click "Change Profile" button at the bottom page.
