Naa koy amigo nga nagpatambag nako kon unsaon kuno pagpatambok. Early 40s na ni siya pero haskang niwanga gihapon (19 ra ang BMI ). Morag mao ni kondisyon sa iyang uyab sa dili pa sila magminyo.

Akong tambag nga mag-inom mi permi. After a few months of this regimen, ambot nga wa man jud gihapon motambok ang kanahan.

sa una bai Hubs, akong mga ka trabaho moingon nga motambok ba kaha ko?.....kini lagi'ng kita pod ta usahay...i mean hinuwa lagi'g kaayo...
nya akong amigo nga taga Lorega nitambag nako nga syaon ra kuno patambok...kay tambok man siya kaayo...
sunod ko's iyang tambag....royal thru-orange + itlog bisaya nga gi kutil...kada breaktime....for pila ka adlaw para daw mo increase akong gana sa kaon....sukad ato, nagproblema nasab hinoon kog unsaon pagpagamay sa tiyan....

bastag permi lang busog ang tiyan, dali ra motambok... :)

If your friend is conditionally thin, perhaps he/she has an overactive metabolism--as in cases of hyperthyroidism.

However if  your friend has no congenital disorder of the thyroid, then:

carbohydrates (rice, potato, spaghetti, noodles)
Protein (meats, fish)

But watch sugar and salt intake. Don't gorge...kai maka imbalance siya ana.

Drink two glasses of tuba every afternoon.  Kanang bag-ong dawat jud.  Syaro'g di ka manambok. :)  But if you want to bulk up and be fit, you better see a dietician and a physical trainer.

Yes, it is.  And, while we're on it, some usually make kinilaw with sukang tuba, but a far more delectable seviche can be made with bag-ong dawat nga tuba and coconut cream. :)

Kanunay jud ko manintal aning akong bana ug pakaon ug sugary food aron mogain man lang ug pila ka pounds masakpan man nuon ko. . Doctor advice "if the food taste good spit it".

over wieght man sab kog 20lbs.....26.6 akong BMI....gabii lang ko nag pa check.
pero murag di man seguro nako na makuha...kay 3 year ago nga nag workout sab ko for 6 months, from 86 kg nahimong 76...karon na 75 na..pero murag lisod na gyud ipa-ubos....bisan pa tingale ug usa ka libo nga leg-raise ug sit-up. ;D
