You can do it, Anna. Even walking 10-20 minutes a day, Anna, is something. It is a start.
You might not think 20 minutes is alot but 20 minutes a day is 140 minutes a week. 560 minutes in one month.
Each minute you work out, you decrease LDL (low density lipoprotein), raise your HDL (high density lipoprotein) and lower your Triglyceride levels. And each time you initiate an exercise regimen, you strengthen your heart and surrounding pericardium.
You effectively decrease preload and increase afterload; thus preventing the process of pre-hypertension ; and thus inivetibly cancel any process of hypertension.
Exercise can also increase natural endothelial lining structure integrity, thereby preventing clot formation, and since we inhibit clot formation, we thereby effectively prevent the instances of Myocardial Infarct (heart attack) and cerebrovascular infarct (stroke) by thrombal occlusion.
Think positive, sweetheart. You can do it!
I believe in you.
