i dont think so Vista girl! hahaha! pero ug ang camera moabut na sa mga fitting rooms sa mga tindahan which na issue na diri one time para daw mamonitor ang mga mangawat ug sinina while mag fit, ang uban isulod sa ilang purses! hahahha! shalan!

sukad adto nga issue di na jud ko mo sukod ug sinina sa mga department stores. akong dad-on sa amoa dayun ug di insakto akong iuli.

nan karon bag-o lang sad kay ang mga tindahan di naman sad mo dawat ug uli kay ang uban nga tawo ilaha man isuot usa before iuli! hahahahha!

haaay buhay! ambut bitaw Vista girl ug unsay tubag ani! hahahhaha!

makaingon jud ka Vista nga girl sa imong igot igot? hahahha

To install a camera to monitor the performance of the employees is not anymore the trend, cguro kadtong panahon which we called "police management".

The best management practice now is to empower our people "employees' empowerment", which provide freedom of expressing oneself - living/working a life the way he/she wants to be - promoting a culture of creativity, ownership, transparency and accountability/self-responsibility.

Kon pasagdan nimo ang tawo with established goals and policies, they would be productive. Pero kong imong bantayan (kada kilos) the movements are constrained coz their mind is focused on doing mistake or having error.

but if the camera is installed for security reasons, then that is a good measure.

Unsa kaha noh kung ang mga government offices sa Pinas butangan ug camera? Siguro marealize na jud ang saying nga "Mamamayan muna bago mamaya na". Mabut-an gud siguro ang tanang empleyado sa gobyerno. Maajo pud ning ideyaha jud.
