Naka tilaw na ba ka sa "Kadyos" ?

Naka tilaw na ba ka sa "Kadyos"? My beloved cooked "Kadyos" for me last week and, quite frankly, it was the first time I've ever tasted this kind of food. When I asked her who taught her this, she said that her mother taught her how to cook this. Apparently it is a delicacy in Iloilo City. I don't know if this is cooked in Cebu or Bohol, but darn, it tastes so darn good !
