ah sharo. puro man optimist.. pero dili pod cguro tanan panahon optimist mo. hehehe
Mo input lang ko , bai wind. Sure we will all have our bad days, heck even we'll have stressful days from work and from family-related matters, ma stressed out ang tawo, so mao na best to think positive and have a positive outlook. If a person is stressed, meaning that the sympathetic nervous pathway is being initiated, there will be increased heart rate, vasoactive processes in initiated, BP rises etc. So if a person is already hypertensive, pre-hypertensive, or has cardiovascular problems, is diabetic (highly associated with cadiovascular disease mode of death)....then allowing the stress to take the best of them will only be detrimental for the patient. Being negative and sulking depresses the body (physically and mentally), and that has an effect throughout: on the person and the people around them.
Even when we feel like sh*t, we should always look at the bright side. Always. Because being positive and applying a positive outlook has positive end results on one's own body (and most importantly, the mind).
Peace, bai wind.
