Better to control one's emotions; lest the emotions control you.

The latter is dangerous.

It is best jud to give everything to the Lord God.

The pains, the anguish, the pride, the honor, the glory, the praises, everything.

If emotional ang tawo, burry it and raise it to Heaven.

Beg Divine Assistance before the Throne of Eternal Grace, He who has power to bless and reprieve you.

God Justifies. Always jud na. :)

Absolutely, it's dangerous
the sudden surge of anger for example
will cause your blood vessels to constrict
making your circulation difficult to keep
going, if you already had plaque in your
linings and hypertensive, you just increase
the risk of making  your heart to work very
hard, you are heading for trouble.

smile  :D, it takes only  a few muscles to do
               the work, pugong sa kunot

I do truly agree with this statement, States. Its always best to keep one's mouth shut when emotional. Better to pray when emotional than to gossip or slander others. :)

That is always true!

That's really true Lorenzo, but some
people likes to shoot their mouth,
 without realizing the negative outcome
 much more hurting others.

Psalm 39:1 "I said, I will take heed to my ways,
that I sin not with my tongue: I will
keep my mouth with a bridle, while
                    the wicked is before me"

Such a wonderful passage by King David for us
to meditate  and live by it.

Ma'am States,

I am honored and humbled by the brevity and truth of your statement and the passage you provided from King David's Psalm 39. :)

King David's passage speaks wonders and in testament even in today's time.

Easy it is to give into one's emotions. That is why one must control one's mouth, control your actions. Self control.

Dali ra maka sala, pero hard kaayo to repay for it once it is done.

amen! amen!

When people curse and yell at us, we should be the better person and not return their disgusting habit. Instead of cursing, we should BLESS THEM. pray for them lang.

Give ear to Christ and His Words and put a deaf ear to the temptations of the devil.

:)

God Bless!
