Ministers Responsible for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have begun their two day meeting in Daegu Korea.
The meeting began with a retreat for ministers in which the Chair of the meetings, Mr. Sung-jin KIM, from Korea outlined some of the objectives the meeting is seeking to achieve.
