(SB-09-03) Airplane Crash That Killed Five Due To Corporate Flight Department Practices And Poor Pilot Decisions, NTSB Says

Washington, D.C. - The National Transportation Safety Board has determined that an aircraft accident in Sanford, Florida, in July 2007, which killed two in the plane and three on the ground, was caused by a series of poor decisions, both by corporate flight department management and by the pilots that flew the accident aircraft.
