Miss Ta's recipe for making raw chocolate: 3/4 cup Honey or Agave 3/4 cup Coconut oil Vanilla extract 1 cup Cacao I met Ta at her shop "Thai Organic Life" in Lamai beach, Thailand. She is on of the most generous people I know, taking myself and others to her garden where she made us a raw feast and we ate under the stars amongst the Durien, Mango, Papaya and Jack Fruit trees. If you go to Koh Samui be sure to visit the shop which sells an array of organic supplements and raw food snacks, no doubt she will welcome you in like an old friend.
