Oberdorfer Foundry in Dewitt to Close May 3; Market Conditions, Rising Costs Sink One of the Area's Oldest Manufacturing Companies

Byline: Rick Moriarty Oberdorfer LLC, one of the Syracuse area's oldest manufacturers, will close its aluminum casting foundry in DeWitt May 3, eliminating 86 jobs, according to a notice the company has filed with the state.
