U.S. Education Secretary to Discuss Education Reform at Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service Tribute

U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan will deliver brief remarks at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service Tribute to Recent Collective Bargaining Successes on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 12 p.m., ET. In his remarks, Duncan will discuss the importance and power of labor-management collaboration in moving education reform.
