JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. - They are on a mission to save lives. The blood team from Madigan Army Medical Center's Armed Services Blood Bank Center, Pacific Northwest recently conducted a blood drive at the Presidio of Monterey, Calif.
