Diversity is a source of strength at Citi. In this video, German Blanco of Credit Risk Management and Ricardo James of Real Estate Risk reflect on their own experiences and on challenges facing Hispanics in the workplace and in society generally. Each Fall, our Hispanic Heritage Network takes advantage of the opportunity provided by the annual Hispanic Heritage Month to organize offerings that gave voice to the positive experience for Citi's Hispanic employees at all levels. The Hispanic Heritage Network is one of many Employee Networks at Citi -- employee-led groups that are organized based on affinity and open to all employees. They offer opportunities for networking, mentoring, coaching and community involvement.
