I am instantly happier when I get a deep sleep and wake up refreshed. You know when you had perfect sleep. Your body is light, thinking is quick and positive, memory is sharp, muscles and body are limber without stretching, you have a lot of energy, and you should fall asleep effortlessly day after day. It makes life easier overall.
