GENERAL SANTOS CITY, Oct. 3, 2003 (PNA) -- Subduing a terrorist with bare hands may just be for the movies, but, village watchmen or better known as "barangay tanod" in this city,s 26 barangays would soon become Jacky Chans in their own sense.
