LGU issues guidelines on use of municipal filling station
By PIA

ALFONSO LISTA, Ifugao, Jan. 31, 2012 (PIA) -- The Local Government Unit (LGU) here has issued guidelines on the proper utilization and maintenance of its established filling gas station.
These guidelines aimed to regulate the proper disbursement of fuel from the said filling station for the benefit of all concerned offices and the municipal government as a whole.

It states that for any authorized motor vehicle to gas up, a duly signed gas and requisition slips from the concerned office head should be presented to the officer operating the gas station only during office hours. “Hand written notes or requisition slips from any heads of office or individual are strictly prohibited when filling in the gas station of LGU,” it stated.

All procurements made would be recorded in the logbook of the person in charge to determine the daily consumption the different offices as stated in their approved respective gas allocations

Furthermore, offices who had exceeded to the prescribed gas allocations will not be allowed to re-fill in the filling gas station unless an appropriate re-alignment of funds approved by the Sangguniang Bayan be presented.

To ensure the proper disbursement of fuel a weekly inventory and audit of the content of the gas tank will be conducted properly to monitor the daily consumption of diesel fuel.

An LGU official, individual or person who intercedes gasoline or attempts to influence the General Services Office (GSO) for the release of gasoline without the proper documentation will be prosecuted

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
