2016 News File: The future is grim if nothing is done to slow down the effects of climate change today.
This was the stern warning aired by Sec. Emmanuel De Guzman, executive director of the Climate Change Commission, during his recent visit to Bohol on Wednesday.
The CCC came to Bohol to roll out its CORE project, the commission’s flagship community capacity building program for communities against climate change and its adaptation measures.
