ILOILO CITY, Oct. 3, 2003 (PNA) - The Department of Health (DOH) is the recipient of quality and essential medicines worth P100 million starting October this year. Dr. Lydia S. Depra-Ramos said that DOH Secretary Manuel Dayrit and Mr. Edwin Feist, president of the Pharmaceutical and Health Care Association of the Philippines (PHAP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to formalize a project partnership dubbed "Medicine for Indigents" program.
