Dagupan's proposed loan of more than P400 million slammed
DAGUPAN CITY, Oct. 2, 2003 (PNA)--The city government must study thoroughly if it has to borrow money to the tune of more than P400 million to fund various development projects here. This was suggested by Councilor Michael Fernandez, chairman of the city council's committee on ways and means, who said he personally believes the city should not borrow this big amount of money.
