A movement is underway led by leftwing environmentalist activists to decimate America's fossil fuel industries and undermine America's energy independence under the guise of fighting climate change.
These activists are shutting down America's gas pipelines, eliminating drilling permits, and dismantling our nuclear power plants. As a result, Americans are being crushed by high energy prices and our energy infrastructure is deteriorating and becoming more vulnerable to blackouts and "brownouts."
The leftwing attacks on our domestic energy industries, and their attempts to push the United States toward unreliable energy sources - such as wind and solar - are making our nation weaker and more dependent on our biggest adversaries, like Russia and China.
