I have purchased the brand new desktop PC at my home and I am having the entire latest hardware configuration with 360 GB hard disk. So I decided to use the two operating system so I installed WINDOWS XP SP 3 and Ubuntu operating system in my PC. But then because of virus attack I format my whole system and upgraded my XP operating system to the Windows 7. As I know that I have done the proper installation with latest driver from my hardware system. But now the problem is when I try to make use of the print screen key from keyboard system gets hangs and then I reboot the system. But after rebooting the PC also problem remains same. So can you please tell me how to solve this problem or suggest me any software which help to capture the screen shots.
