Is there a SCUBA tank refill station within Tagbilaran City proper? Need your help. Thanks.

most likely you can find it in Alona Beach area, Panglao Island. haven't seen one in Tagbilaran City.

i understand. unfortunately, dive centers and dive spots are found in panglao island.

i have heard there is one in bohol tropics. not sure though.

i hope someone could confirm on this.

yeah, bohol tropics may have one... i've seen divers there re-tooling themselves
