A meeting was called by Asianfairy today to discuss the possibility of an EB prior to the Grand EB in July of this year. This pre-EB is for those whose scheduled vacation will not permit them to be at the Grand EB. And most certainly, even those who can attend the Grand EB are also invited. Present in the virtual conference were:

Ms. da binsi acted as the moderator of the meeting. After all the "detours" here and there (from inun-unan pasalubong to what calendar was used to determine what day was July 2
), the following were discussed:
What: Pre-Grand EB
When: July 2-3, 2008
Where: Lamanoc in Anda and more happenings later that day and night at the Tagaro Rest House and more the morning after!
There was no arranged meeting time and venue in Tagbilaran yet but Blue Angel suggested that participants should be in Anda mercado parking place before noontime (meaning before 12 noon!).
T-shirts will be printed for this ocassion with the color of your choice. Please submit your name, size, and color preference in this thread. By the way, the t-shirt will be designed by artist ms da binsi with the collaboration of another artist Blue Angel!
For the food, at least 3 lechon has been pledged but only one will be used for the pre-EB; the two will be for the Grand EB. Should there be a need for more lechon depending on the number of participants, then that can be arranged. There will be seafood and all kinds of food for everybody to enjoy!
