Philippine Scam 02-988-3400 Pretending to be Metrobank Card Agent

Beware of a guy from Manila using this landline number 02-988-3400, calling people to apply for a credit card. Usually he would ask a lot of sensitive information about yourself, your income, etc. etc.

Please be informed that this scammer is not affiliated with any bank in the Philippines, nor with Metrobank.

When you get a call in your cellphone from 988-3400, reject it. It's a new scam in the Philippines.

glad that any credit card sales pitch is enough to make me do a century run.  never gyod ko mogamit ug credit card, so ilara ko tets.
