Marikina Representative Miro Quimbo, Team PNoy Spokesman, said they did not impose any restrictions on the three candidates.
"That is their individual decision. They have a happy problem because they are fortunate enough to be adopted by UNA," Quimbo said Monday at a press conference at Liberal Party Headquarters in Cubao.
